About

Boxing became a crucial aspect of Head Coach Julio's life when he was 10 years old. He and his brother Daniel competing at the amateur level for a significant period. Boxing provided a conduit for Coach Julio to avoid the streets and navigate life's difficulties. Following years of training, he discerned a calling to coach and support individuals, particularly kids and adults, facing similar challenges in achieving their weight and fitness goal.

9am-10am Morning class
4:30pm-5:30pm Adult Class
5:30pm-6:30pm Teen/Youth
6:30pm-7:30pm Late Class
Saturday Class:
10am-11am Group Class
We do offer 1 on 1 private sessions
Friday schedule:
9am-10am Group Class
4:30pm-5:30pm Adult Class
5:30pm-6:30pm Teens/Youth

F.A.Q
-How far should i run every day to get in shape? (Answer): Start with a goal & make a habit to run. Pace your self
-What are the benefits of boxing? (Answer) : You build muscle & strength . Improve balance & coordination
-What do i need to start? (Answer): Gloves & boxing hand wraps you can buy at your local sporting goods store
-I wear glasses / contacts, can i still box? (Answer) : If your planning on sparring or Competing do so at your own risk
-Will i be getting hit on my first day (Answer): No unless you want to compete
-Do we have a class for kids/teens? (Answer): Yes starts at 5:30pm-6:30pm Monday- Friday . Saturdays we start at 10am-11am
